Steampunk and frogs

I've updated my gallery a little with exerts from my sketch pad and I've recently started a new one for my 2d cut-out class thats focused around bright shiny things and a cute little character I call ragamuffin. I've tried loading my most recent pic of her but my computer keeps hiding it from me so until she can be found its more than likely more doodles and sketches. I feel the urge to do something big and impressive but I have the smallest attention span in the world and I have the habit of overbuilding things in my mind.

All I can hear is the bass coming through my neighbours wall and I can't even collect my thoughts for the next friggin sentance.

Can anyone feel my pain at the moment!

Ok back to the point I'm rinsing through a huge Buffy jones at the moment and trying to get myself into a steam punky mood. I just adore the genre and would love to create some beautiful steam-punky goodness.

Recently I've been checking out amphibian books and victorian costumes of the 1800's. The first for my degree the second for my own lil obsession, which I'm trying to focus into a selection of characters.

I've also started using my wacom tablet more since the original xmas splurge, I think its helping to have a base of original sketchwork to build on.

My head is about to explode!
